Net Gain brings together a partnership of The Deep, Natural England, Joint Nature Conservation Committee and The Humber INCA.

The Project Board will have no role in the design or selection of sites but they are responsible for ensuring that a network is recommended to the government by 2011. The board is chaired by Colin Brown, CEO of The Deep in Hull.
