Joanna Redhead

Project Manager

As our Project Manager, Jo is responsible for managing the project team and for the delivery of the project as a whole, as well as establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with partners and promoting the project on a national and international level.

Dani Sewell

PR and Communications Manager

Based in our Hull office, Dani is responsible for raising awareness and understanding of Net Gain through the website, educational materials and sustained PR activity as well as internal communications within Net Gain and with the other regional projects

Katerina Wojtaszekova and Stephen Donkor

GIS and Data Officers

Kat and Stephen specialise in sourcing, managing and analysing the spatial information that underpins our planning process , inputting and developing regional datasets for the GIS and designing and managing databases of stakeholder information

Enock Bamusi

Socio-Economist

Enock will play a key role in ensuring that all potential environmental, economic and social consequences of the MCZ recommendations are taken account of in the decision making process. Enock will lead the ongoing impact assessment process by collating information from stakeholders and applying tools such as cost benefit analysis, within the framework of the national guidance provided by the Government. Enock will produce a formal Impact Assessment on the final regional recommendations, and assist in producing a national Impact Assessment for the combined outputs of each regional Project.

Chiara Polce

MCZ Planner

Chiara oversees the development of the regional profile, and uses support tools to model MCZ scenarios to aid the stakeholder advisory panel's decision making process. Chiara is leading on the development of a Geographical Information System (GIS) and the collation of information on stakeholders and their activities

Steve Barnard

Stakeholder Manager

Steve will be working closely with our facilitator as he is responsible for supporting and co-ordinating our regional hubs and Stakeholder Advisory Panel. Steve will also be working closely with our partner organisations, representing Net Gain at national and international stakeholder events

Ian Rowe

Senior Liaison Officer

Ian is responsible for supporting and co-ordinating supporting our liaison officers, engaging with stakeholders and collating data. Ian is based in Scarborough, but can be contacted through our office.

Liaison Officers

Our Liaison Officers share the responsibility of raising awareness of the Net Gain project and its processes, as well as collating data to feed back to our team in Hull and acting as a point of information and communication for our stakeholders.
